Prospective Residents

• The application fee is $25 per applicant. You can apply online here.
• We require a minimum credit score of 550 for all apartments and community owned manufactured homes in our community.
• We require a gross income of 3 times the rental amount. The applicant shall have a minimum of 2 months of continuous income at the time of application.
• A background check must not include any instances of previous evictions/conviction for drug manufacture or distribution, acts of violence or other crimes that would pose a threat to other tenants.
